1 Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 Key Terms
The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:
- "Platform" — The rwin website and all related services.
- "User" or "Player" — Any person who is registered on the rwin platform and using its services.
- "Account" — The individual and personal account created by rwin for each user.
- "Balance" — The total funds held in a user's account.
- "Bonus" — Any promotional reward or additional funds granted by rwin.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place bets of a specified amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- "Terms" — All rules, conditions, and policies described in this document.
1.2 Rules of Interpretation
In these terms, the singular includes the plural and vice versa. If any clause is disputed in interpretation, rwin's interpretation shall be considered final.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use services on the rwin platform, a user must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Government-issued identification may be required as proof of age during account verification.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and funds may be confiscated.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration
When opening an account, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. rwin reserves the right to close the account and withhold deposited funds if false information is provided.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions
Access to the rwin platform may not be permitted from certain countries or regions. Users are responsible for staying informed about local laws in their own area.
3 Account Verification and Security
3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
rwin reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing withdrawals or at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:
- Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Proof of current address
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used
Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
3.2 Account Security
Users must keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and secure. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to rwin support immediately. rwin will not be liable for any loss resulting from a user's negligence.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on the rwin platform is ৳200. The following methods are accepted for deposits:

- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)
Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will be approved only when the following conditions are met:
- The account must be fully verified.
- Applicable wagering requirements must have been met.
- The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit.
4.3 Third-Party Payments
Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be investigated or closed.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied to the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Contribution rates toward the wagering requirement may differ by game category.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer will have its own specific validity period.
- The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, or device.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
- rwin reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond level.
6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Game Results
All game results on rwin are determined impartially through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each round is independent and is not influenced by previous results.
6.2 Technical Errors
Game results caused by a technical error or system failure may be declared void. In such cases, the relevant bet amount will be returned to the user's account. rwin will not be liable for payments made due to errors.
6.3 Service Interruptions
The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, or other reasons. rwin does not bear any obligation to compensate for losses during such periods.
7 Prohibited Activities
7.1 Fraudulent Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure and confiscation of funds:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Coordinated betting or collusion for the purpose of extracting bonus funds
- Playing games using automated bots or software
- Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors
- Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
- Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users
7.2 Harm to Third Parties
Users may not use the platform to cause harm to any individual or organization. rwin will not be liable for harm caused to other users or third parties.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 rwin's Right to Close Accounts
rwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- A breach of terms and conditions is identified
- Evidence of fraudulent activity is found
- Identity verification fails or false information has been provided
- The account has been inactive for an extended period
- Due to legal or regulatory requirements
8.2 Account Closure by the User
Any user who wishes to close their account may contact support. The user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, though this may not apply in cases of closure due to a breach of terms.
9 Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 Data Collection and Use
rwin uses users' personal information solely for providing services, identity verification, and improving the platform. Personal information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
9.2 SSL Encryption
All data transmission on the rwin platform is secured by SSL encryption technology. Payment information is processed in accordance with the highest security standards.
